Leslie Schulte, CEO
Leslie founded Renee James after spending 6 years learning best practices for building operations. As a licensed mechanical engineer, and doctor of philosophy in chemical engineering, she applies process engineering principles to HVAC systems.
Edward McLaughlin
Eddie is an Indianapolis native and Purdue grad. He has spent more than a decade in design and optimization of facilities, focused on laboratory, educational, and healthcare facilities. When he isn't helping clients, he spends his time playing guitar for community theater.
